
This tomato bruschetta is an easy Italian appetizer or snack idea that comes together in 15 minutes. It begins with toasted sliced bread topped with fresh ripe tomatoes, parsley and goat cheese.
Bruschetta can be made with many different toppings. These classic tomatoe bruschetta couldn’t be easier. Simple, but flavorful appetizer that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients In Tomato Bruschetta
This bruschetta is made just with few basic ingredients that probably you have on hand right now. I recommend using high quality ingredients for the best flavor.
- Italian bread ( or French baguette )
- tomatos
- parsley or basil
- goat cheese
- garlic
- olive oil
- salt & pepper

How To Make Bruschetta
Step 1 Prepare the bread
Slice the bread into 1 ich slices ( 2,5 cm ). Brush the top side of each of the bread slices with the olive oil. Place the slices onto baking tray and toast for about 7 minutes, until light golden brown. Watch the bread closely to make sure It doeasn’t burn.
Step 2 Make the topping
In a medium mixing bowl add tomatoes, parsley, goat cheese, olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss to combine and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 3 Assemble the bruschetta
Rub each slice with whole raw garlic clove and top with a spoon of tomato mixture. Dizzle with olive oil or balsamic vinegar and serve.

- 1 baguette
- 2 medium tomato diced
- 1/4 cup parsley or basil
- 50 g goat cheese 1/3 cup
- 1-2 garlic cloves peeled and left whole
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 ° F ( 175 ° C ).
