Fudgy Oreo Brownies that are thick, chewy, soft and loaded with oreo cookies. I’m sure you are gonna love this one!

These Brownies are loaded with rich chocolate flavor and planty of crushed Oreo cookies.

Oreo Brownies Ingredients :

Butter: I suggest using unsulted butter.

Chocolate chips: I reccomend unsig dark chocolate for best chocolate flavor.

Sugar: granulated sugar works best for brownies.

Eggs: make sure that your eggs are at a room temperature.

Flour: All Purpose flour, make sure to measure it correctly.

Cocoa Powder: I reccomend using Dutch- process cocoa powder.

Baking Powder

Oreo Cookies: you will need 12 in total. You will fold 8 in the batter, and the rest use it for the top.

How To Make Oreo Brownies

Preheat the oven to 175 °C ( 350°F ). Grease a 26 x 26 cm ( 10 x 10 ) baking pan and line with parchment paper.

Melt the butter and chocolate chips in a water bath over low heat. Stir frequenty until butter is completely melted. Take off the heat and set aside to cool about 5 minutes.

Whisk the sugar into chocolate mixture. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking until combined after each addition.

Add coffee and stir to combine. Fold in the cocoa, baking powder and flour, using a rubber spatula, stir until just combined.

Finally, stir in crushed oreo cookies. Do not over mix.

Spoon the batter into prepared baking pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle with remaining Oreo cookies.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 – 35 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean with a few damp crumbs. The edges should be firm and the top shiny.

Take out from the oven and cool completely in the pan for about 2 hour.

How To Store

You can store these brownies at a room temperature in anairtight container up to 4 days, or in the fridge If your brownies are gooey.

Tips

  • Be sure that your eggs are at a room temperature.
  • Don’t over mix your batter!
  • Don’t over bake brownies, a toothpick inserted sould come out with a few moist crumbs.
