One of my all time favorite desserts! This funfetti blondies are rich with crispy edge and gooey chewy center. The recipe coontains only 8 ingridients and it tastes amazing!
It takes about 5 minutes to make, then bake in the oven. They are full of brown sugar and vanilla flavor.
Blondies closely resamble a brownie. Brownies are chocolate based and use white sugar, for blondies is all about brown sugar.

Baking powder to lift blondies up
Eggs keeps it all together as well
Vanilla Extract for extra flavor
Salt to balance out all the flavors
Funfetti you can also add some chocolate chips or chopped nuts

Tips
Do not overbake blondies. They are ready to take out from oven when look almost done. Take blondies out when edges are golden brown and the centre slightly woobly. They continue to bake as they cool out of the oven. As a result you will have moist gooey middle.
