These are for you, If you are a fan of coffee and classic tiramisu dessert. Tiramisu truffles are soft, creamy and will literally melt in your mouth. You can also easly freeze these truffles for later.

How To Make Tiramisu Truffles
If you don’t like bitter taste of cocoa powder, you can dip truffles into melted chocolate. In my opinion, these truffles taste a lot better with cocoa powder. Especially when u refrigerate them for like two days, this combination is just so perfect and delicious.
You will need :
- mascarpone cheese at a room temperature
- sugar
- cooled espresso
- ladyfinger cookies
- cocoa
To start, place mascarpone cheese in a medium size bowl, then add sugar and stir until combined. Pour cooled coffee and stir again until creamy. In a food processor, blend ladyfingers until fine crumbs. Transfer the remaining crumbs to a bowl with mascarpone cream. Stir to combine. You can try the mixture to see if it needs more sugar or coffee flavour. The dough should be thick, so if you wanna add more coffee then you will also have to add more ladyfingers crumbs. Roll the dough into small size balls. Roll each ball into cocoa powder. Store in the fridge up to one week.
