Easy, no bake chocolatate cookies that looks like salami! Italian dessert made just with few simple ingredients. These salami cookies are made just in 10 minutes and doesn’t require baking.

You can easly customize your salami cookies by adding your favorite nuts and cookies.

Ingredients

Here are the ingredients you need to make these cookies : dark chocolate at least 70 % of cocoa, butter, milk, pistachios, nut mix, tea biscuits and caster sugar for dusting.

How To Make Salami Cookies

In a large mixing bowl place dark chocolate, butter and milk. Place the bowl over saucepan filled with water. Make sure that the bottom of your bowl doesn’t touch water. Keep the pan over medium heat. Stir until melted completely. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients except caster sugar then mix well. Spread half of the mixture onto parchment paper and shap it into a log. Roll it up and twist the ends to seal. Repear with the remaining chocolate mixture. Refrigerate for about one hour until firm. Once firm dust with powdered sugar for realistic look, then let the logs sit for about 10 minutes at a room temperature before cutting. Keep refrigerated.

How To Store

Store in a plastic wrap in the refrigerator up to five days or in the freezer for up to one month.

  • 1/2 cup nut mix
  • 90 g tea biscuits
