How To Make No Bake Chocolate Cake
- Start by placing oreo cookies or any other cookies of your choice to your food processor. Process into crumbs. If you don’t have a food processor, place cookies into a freezer bag with a zip-top closure. Be sure to romove air from the bag before sealing. Using a rolling pin, roll over the bag of cookies until it resembles crumbs.
- Transfer crumbs into a bowl. Melt butter in the microwave then pour over cookie crumbs. Using spoon stir until well combined and moistened. Press the mixture onto the botom and up sides of a 20 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the fridge until needed.
- In a heatproof bowl place dark chocolate, milk chocolate, whipping cream and butter. Place bowl over sauce pan with simmering water. Stir constantly while chocolate is melting. Take the baking pan out of the fridge and fill with chocolate ganache. Place the pan back in the fridge until set, at least 2 hours.

Notes
To create less bitter taste i like to use both dark and milk chocolate, but using just dark chocolate is fine as well.
