
This yogurt cake with blueberries is an easy recipe that doesn’t requier mixer! It has a nice and moist texture that you will fall in love with.
This dense cake is made only with basic ingredients and you don’t need any special equipments to prepare it. It’s made in one bolw, mixed using whisk or a fork. Sometimes the simplest things taste the best.
How To Make Yogurt Cake With Blueberries
To start, flour sift throug a sieve. Fold in baking powder, stir to combine and set aside until needed. In another big biwl place the rest of the ingredients excepl caster sugar. Stir with a whisk until smootk consistency. Fold in 1/3 of the flour mixture and stir again. Repeat. The batter should be thick but make sure everything is evenly incorporated. Spoon the batter into prepared baking pan and smooth it out. Fold in bluebberies or any other fruits of your choice on the top and press down slightly to compact. Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool for about 20 minutes then transfer onto cooling rock. Sprinkle with caster sugar.

- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g natural yogurt
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 5 tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g blueberries
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Bottom and the sides of 20 cm baking pan line with parchment paper.

- In another big biwl place the rest of the ingredients excepl caster sugar and blueberries. Stir with a whisk until smootk consistency. Fold in 1/3 of the flour mixture and stir again. Repeat.
- Spoon the batter into prepared baking pan and smooth it out. Fold in bluebberies on the top and press down slightly to compact.
- Bake in preheated oven until toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Let cool for about 20 minutes then transfer onto cooling rock. Sprinkle with caster sugar.
