What You Need To Make These Lion Energy Balls

  • Dates
  • Peanuts
  • Peanut Butter
  • Rice Waffles
  • Milk Or Dark Chocolate
  • Coconut Oil

How To Make Energy Balls

To make these energy balls you will need food processor. Start wiht soaking dates in a hot water for about 30 minutes. After that, drain any excess water. Place dates and peanuts in a food processor. Process just until combined and sticky consistency. Fold in crushed rice waffles and peant butter. Using spoon stir to combine. Take approximately one teaspoon of the mixture and shape into round ball using hands. Place on a plate lined with parchment paper. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Chocolate meal in a heat resistant bowl over simmering water or in the microwave. Pour melted coconut oil, then stir to combine. Dip each ball into melted chocolate. Place back on a plate, then refrigerate for about 20 minutes

How To Store

Store them in refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container. They will last-up to one week in the fridge and up to one month in the freezer.
