One of the best ideas for appetizers that is so easy to make! Savory, cheesy, full of spinach taste galette.

To keep things as simple as possible I used store bought butter puff pastry. When you don’t wanna spend too much time on a meal, that’s the best dish that you could make. However, don’t be afraid to make crust yourself!

How To Make Spinach Galette

First you should leave frozen spinach to defrost, then squeeze it through the sieve to get rid of moisture. If you are using fresh spinach, puree it in blender or food processor. In a big bowl crumble feta cheese. Fold in defrosted spinach and grated cheese. Stir to combine. After that, sprinkle with salt and pepper, stir again to combine. Place cubed tomato into another bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper then mix. Line two trays with baking paper. Each pastry cut into eight squares. Don’t worry if they are not the same size. Place the topping evenly on the puff pastry squares. Flatten the topping slightly. Top each pastry with cubed tomato. Brush the edges of the pastry with slightly beaten egg. Fold over the sides of pastry. Brush the sides with egg.
