Delicious snack recipe, made with simple ingredients ready in less than 10 minutes. These Chocolate energy balls are perfect as to-go snack.They are also freezer-friendly.

There are plethora of ways to make energy bites and many flavors that you can use. These bites are sweetened with dates, there is no refined sugar added. These energy bites are perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth in a healthy manner.

How To Make Chocolate Energy Balls

To start, place pitted dates into big bowl.  Pour enough hot water, just to cover dates. Soak for about 30 minutes. After that, get rid of any excess water. All the ingredients pace into food processor. Process until mixture stick together. Take approximately one tablespoon of the mixture and roll between your hands into round bowl. Coat the ball with almond flour.

How To Store

To store this energy bites you will need airtight container. In the fridge they will last up to one week. You can also freeze them for up to two months in an airtight container and take them out about 30 minutes before needed.
