One of my favorite, easiest cookies recipe that are so incredible delicious. These cookies are crunchy from the outside and soft on the inside. I’m a huge fan of those kinds of cookies. I hope you will give this recipe a try and you will love these cookies as much as i do!
Place marzipan, ground almonds. powdered sugar and egg white into a bow. Using your hands knead until it comes together. Don’t get afraid if it becomes to sticky! It should be like that. Place almond flakes in a small plate or bow. In a separated bowl place egg white. Using fork, beat the egg just until it become frothy. Take about a tablespoon of dough and roll with slightly wet hands to a short log. Shape into a crescent then dip into egg white. Roll each cookie into the almond flakes. Each time you wanna shape a cookie, make your hands wet, it will help a lot!
