There is nothing better than homemade wheat bread. With this simple and easy recipe it will come out perfect even if you have never tried to bake bread yourself. Honestly I make these wheat bread the whole time

No Equipment Required

To bake this bread i used loaf pan. But you can use any pan that you have at home. The choice belongs to you. You can give any shape to this bread, round, square, triangle, you can even braid it. But to make it as simple as possible, just follow my steps that i wrote down below. Linseed and sunflower seeds are also not required so you can skip adding them if you don’t want them in your bread.

How To Make Wheat Bread

Firstly, crumble the fresh yeast into the bowl. Add in flour, sugar and 50 ml lukewarm water. Stir to combine. Cover with a towel and let raise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, sift flour through the sieve. Add in linseed and sunflower seeds then stir to combine. Pour in 100 ml lukewarm water, vegetable oil and raised yeasts. Stir using a spoon then kneed for about 5 minutes. After that covet with a towel and let raise in a warm place for 1 – 1,5 hour. After dough has doubled in size, transfer it to a well floured pastry mat. Sprinkle with salt and flour. Kneed for another 5 minutes. Then roll out into rectangle. Place into loaf pan lined with baking paper, gently press the dough down so it can completely cover the bottom of loaf. Brush the dough with egg white, sprinkle with sunflower seeds. After that, cover with a towel and let raise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Bake until slightly golden on sides then cool completely.
