How To Make Quark Pancakes
It is so easy to prepare these quark pancakes. All you need is a food processor. Place oats into a bowl of a food processor. Pulse until they are like powder consistency. Add the rest of the ingredients, blend until combined and that’s it! The dough is ready. You can heat up a pan and fry them on both sides until golden brown.

Quark Pancakes
Equipment
- food processor
Materials
Dough
- 60 g oats
- 70 g quark
- 75 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 10 g sugar/xylitol
Topping
- 40 g quark
- 100 g strawberries
- 55 g banana
Instructions
- Place the oats into the bowl of your food processor.Pulse until they are ground into a powder-like consistency.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well combined and smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over a medium flame. Add one tablespoon of batter, shaping into circles with the base of the spoon. Cook for about 2 minutes then flip and cook the other side for another minute or so, until golden brown.
- Place quark, strawberries and banana into the bowl of food processor. Pulse until smooth. Pour the mixture over the pancakes.
