However, mostly there are only unhealthy chocolate snack in stores. By using this recipe, you can eat as much as you want without gaining weight because this coconut – chocolate energy balls are 100% healthy!

How To Make Energy Bites

All you have to do, is to place all the ingredient in a bowl of a food processor. Secondly, blend until the mixture is sticky. Then take about one spoon of the mixture and roll between your hands. The last step, is to coat balls in desiccated coconut!

How To Store Energy Balls

To store this energy balls you will need airtight container. In the fridge they will last up to one week. You can also freeze them for up to two months in an airtight container.

Materials

  • 100 g dates
  • 100 g almonds
  • 35 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup

Instructions

  • Dates, almonds, coconut, vanilla and cocoa place in a food processor. Blend until crushed completely.
  • Add in agave syrup, process just until combined.
  • Take approximately one tablespoon of the mixture and roll between your hands into round bowl. Coat the ball with desiccated coconut.
  • Repeat with the rest of the mixture.
