How To Make Ferrero Rocher

Firstly, soak pitted dates in hot water for at least 30 minutes. After that, drain and place in a bowl of a food processor. Add in oats, cocoa, chopped hazelnuts and hazelnut butter. Pulse about one minute until sticky mass. Take approximately one tablespoon of the mixture and roll between your hands into round bowl then stuff hazelnut inside. Repeat with the rest of mixture. Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water or in the microwave. Add in melted coconut oil and 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts. Stir to combine. Dunk balls one-by-one in the chocolate.
