This honey energy balls recipe is super quick and simple to make. Each bite-sized ball is perfecta as a snack or a dessert. Honey energy balls could be your snacking saviour.

You can easily prepare these energy bites juts in one bowl. All you have to do is to combine all the ingredients into bowl of a food processor and roll the mixture out in your hands! There are countless snack all over now. However, It’s hard to find healthy snack with good ingredients. That’s why I Love to prepare them myself. They are perfect on to go snack or late night bite.

Simple, Easy Energy Bites

These delicious energy bites are made with 5 simple ingredients. Most important is that there is no sugar added! Just walnuts, oatmeal, cocoa, honey and protein powder if you’d like! Honey is the only sweetener in these balls

How To Store Energy Balls

You can keep these energy balls in airtight container up to one week in the fridge. Also, If you’d like, you can freeze them in the freezer up to 3 months and just take them out at least 30 minutes before eating.

  • food processor


  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa + for dusting
  • 4 tbsp honey


  • Walnuts, oatmeal, cacao and protein powder place in a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  • Add honey and blend again until crumbly. Roll the dough between your hands into round balls.
  • Dust with cacao if desired.
