Rich, full of chocolate flavour dessert in cups. It’s made with coconut milk and only healthy ingredients. If you are working out, or if you just wanna have some healthy dessert after or between meals this chocolate mousse is perfect for you!
Who doesn’t love chocolate ? Probably, you have noticed that I’m obsessed with it. I eat chocolate almost everyday! Whether if it’s healthy or not, It’s just my favourite snack. However, when i eat healthy chocolate desserts i don’t feel guilty for eating it!
These easy to make and no bake dessert will become your favourite! It’s super creamy and it will just melt in your mouth. Since it has to chill in the fridge for couple of hour, I recommend to prepare it one day before you wanna serve it. So you can just keep it in the fridge for the whole night and take it out any moment you wanna eat it.
How To Make Chocolate Mousse
To make this delicious mousse, you should soak hazelnuts in water overnight or for at least one hour. Then place all the ingredients in a bowl of a food processor or blender. After that, process until smooth consistency. Pour in several dishes and refrigerate for few hours or overnight.

Healthy Chocolate Mousse
- food processor
- ½ cup hazelnuts
- ½ cup dates
- 400 ml full fat coconut milk 90 %
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 20 g dark chocolate
- Hazelnuts soak in water overnight or for at least one hour.
- Place hazelnuts, coconut milk, dates and cocoa in a food processor or in a tall dish. Blend until smooth
- Pour into several dishes and chill for a few hours or overnight.
- Sprinkle with chocolate, hazelnuts or any toppings that you like.
