Delicious, no bake, made just with 4 ingredients Raffaello balls. These balls are perfect as a snack for all coconut lovers and not only!

With this simple recipe, you can prepare Raffaello balls yourself at home! There is no need to buy them in stores anymore. Since I was a kid, I’m in love with all coconut snack. My all time favourite ones are Bounty and Raffaello. So this time, I decided to prepare Raffaello recipe!

How To Make Raffaello Balls

To make these coconut balls you will need food processor. Place desiccated coconut in a bowl of your food processor. Pulse few minutes then add in butter. White chocolate melt over simmering water or in the microwave. Fold blended coconut and another 50 g of desiccated coconut into melted chocolate. Refrigerate about 20 minutes. After that, take approximately one teaspoon of the coconut mixture and roll between your hands into round bowl then stuff almond inside. Coat the ball with desiccated coconut. Repeat with the rest of coconut mixture.

  • 150 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 3 tsp butter
  • almonds

Instructions

  • Desiccated coconut place in a food processor. Blend about 7 minutes then add in butter and blend just to combine.
  • Melt white chocolate over simmering water or in the microwave. Fold blended coconut and another 50 g of desiccated coconut into melted chocolate. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  • Take approximately one teaspoon of the coconut mixture and roll between your hands into round bowl then stuff almond inside. Roll the ball into desiccated coconut.
  • Repeat with the rest of coconut mixture.
