Pancakes As Breakfast For Bodybuilders

Delicious, healthy oats pancakes makes perfect breakfast. Especially when the recipe is quick and easy.

For this recipe you will need only 3 ingredients and food processor. Sounds easy, right? But don’t worry if you don’t have a food processor. You can also mix together everything in a bow. But firstly smash some ripe banana with a fork, to get nice and smooth consistency.

Pancakes For Bodybuilders

  • food processor

Materials

  • ½ cup oats
  • 2 piece eggs
  • ½ piece bananPlace all the ingredients in a food prosessor. Blend about 1 minute until smooth.

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor. Blend about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Heat a little oil on a pan over medium heat. Fry on both sides until golden brown colour.
  • Transfer to paper towel lined plates to drain. Serve with powdered sugar and your favourite toppings.
