No bake Oreo cheesecake is simple, delicious and easy to prepare. Crust is made with Oreo cookies, to make the filling you will need only three ingredients. This cheesecake is perfect for any occasion.
For this recipe I used Oreo cookies, however feel free If you wanna use any other kind of biscuits. It will come out delicious as well. I really like to enjoy this cheesecake on hot summer day. It’s refreshing and I just can’t get over it. For the decoration, you can also use some fresh fruits if you like or chocolate ganache. Sometimes, I like to prepare these cheesecake with some strawberries and blueberries on the top! Cheesecakes are my favourite cakes and i make them for years now. I just adore light and fluffy consistency of them.
How To Make Oreo Cheesecake
To start, place Oreo cookies in a bowl of your food processor. Pulse until crushed completely. Butter melt in a sauce pan over low heat or in a microwave. Combine melted butter with cookies. Cookie mass press down firmly into 10 cm spring form. Refrigerate while preparing the filling. After that, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar. Add in creamy cheese, beat until stiff peaks form. Then, crush and sprinkle in 4 Oreo cookies. Stir just to combine. The filling spread evenly over the crust. Decorate with Oreo cookies if needed. This cake should be refrigerated 2-3 hours before serving. Then, run a knife gently around the edges of the cake to release it from its pan.

- food processor
- Electric mixer
- 20 Oreo cookies
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200 ml whipping cream 30 %
- 5 tbsp caster sugar
- 100 g cream cheese
- In a food processor place 12 Oreo cookies. Blend until crushed completely. Transfer to a bowl or plate and add melted butter. Stir to combine ingredients. Cookie mass press down firmly into 10 cm spring form. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
- Beat heavy cream with powdered sugar. Add in creamy cheese, beat until stiff peaks form. Crush and sprinkle in 4 Oreo cookies. Stir just to combine.
- Spread filling evenly over prepared crust. Decorate with Oreo cookies. Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving. Run a knife gently around the edges of the cake to release it from its pan.
- Store in the fridge.
