How To Make Brownies Cake

To start, place butter and dark chocolate in a sauce pan. I advice to use soft butter so it will get melted faster. Than add in sugar and stir until well melted. Set aside until needed. In a bowl, beat eggs using whisk. Pour in cooled chocolate mixture and stir until combined. After that, Sift in flour and cocoa. Be sure to use unsweetened cocoa. You can also add some instant coffee for more chocolaty taste, but It’s just optional. Stir to combine. Then pour the batter into prepared baking pan. Bake for about 20 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center of the cake should not come out clean! Brownie will continue to bake when they start to cool. So don’t worry if it seems that it’s under baked. Be creative when it comes to the topping. For these Brownie I used melted milk chocolate and some chopped walnuts. However, you can also use dark chocolate If you like.
