These are my favorite muffin recipes. Each of them, comes together just in few minutes. Honestly, I can not pick up my favorite one. Each has totally different taste and each day i want a different one as my dessert.

Muffin Three Recipes

Each of them, comes together just in few minutes.

Materials

Banana Muffins

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 ½ tbsp plain flour
  • tsp baking powder

Chocolate Muffins

  • 50 g milk chocolate
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tsp caster sugar
  • tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Peanut Butter Muffins

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 8 tbsp milk
  • 4 chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 ½ tbsp flour
  • tsp baking powder

Instructions

Banana Muffins

  • Banana place in a food processor. Pulsate until creamy and smooth. Add in oil, egg and powdered sugar, blend just to combine.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Sift flour and baking powder. Stir to combine.
  • Line a muffin tin with muffin tin liners. Divide batter into muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180° C. Cool completely and decorate with melted milk chocolate (optional).

Chocolate Muffins

  • Melt 50 g of milk chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water or in the microwave. Butter melt in a sauce pan over low heat. Bring to a room temperature.
  • Combine melted chocolate, butter and milk. Sift flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and cocoa. Stir to combine.
  • Line a muffin tin with muffin tin liners. Divide batter into muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180° C. Cool completely and decorate with melted milk chocolate (optional)

Peanut Butter Muffins

  • Butter melt in a sauce pan over low heat. In a bowl place peanut butter and add melted butter and milk. Stir to combine until creamy and smooth.
  • Add in chopped walnuts then stir to combine. Pour honey, sift flour and baking powder. Stir to combine.
  • Line a muffin tin with muffin tin liners. Divide batter into muffin tins. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180° C. Cool completely and decorate with peanut butter (optional).
